As the first access point to the European Union for citizens, the Europe Direct Information Centre Timisoara – West Region of Romania, offers information, counseling, support and answers regarding the EU, especially on the EU citizens’ rights, the EU general and annual priorities, its legislations, politics, programmes and financing opportunities. The Center stimulates the debates on EU issues by organising conferences and events in the two counties – Timis, Caras-Severin and Hunedoara, channelizing the citizens’ answers to the EU.
